Seagull Studio Online Printing

B2C E-commerce Application

Seagull Studio is an online printing platform where users can transform their digital photos into personalized products. The service offers a diverse range of customizable items, including paper-based materials (photo books, prints, greeting cards), metallic prints, canvas art, and mugs. With a user-friendly web interface, customers can easily upload photos, apply templates, and personalize their orders with just a few clicks.

Objectives:

To design an intuitive and visually engaging online printing platform that enables users to easily transform their digital photos into high-quality, personalized products—while building a cohesive brand identity and seamless user experience across web and mobile, resulting in increased user engagement and a 30% improvement in conversion rates during the initial launch phase.

Scope of Work:

As the sole designer on the Seagull Studio project, I was responsible for both product and brand design. My work covered the entire design process—from initial research and concept development to final UI delivery. I conducted user interviews, defined user flows, and designed responsive interfaces for web and mobile. In addition to product design, I developed the brand’s visual identity, including logo design, typography, and a cohesive design system. I collaborated closely with the product manager to iterate on features and ensure a consistent, user-centered experience across all touch points.
